Brush Brothers started and finished the job on schedule, and at a surprisingly affordable price. ----------------------------------------------- Now, a few months later, we have had them back to paint the rest of our basement, a couple of other rooms, and our exterior doors and trim. Again they did a great job. ----------------------------------------------- A couple of years later now, we had them paint our garage. This company is the standard that others should strive to be. I just now was going to post a new review and realized that I failed to hit the enter button when I typed this review. Sunce that job was done we have had Brush Brothers out to do 2 more jobs 1 resealing our Douglas fir patio, and then last Thursday/Friday they ground our garage roof exterior and applied an epoxy coating to it with a light texture aggregate. a fantastic job in both cases! When Mark came out to give us an estimate, we knew we found the right company. We wanted to be gone for the painting because of the smell and mess, but we worried about not seeing the progress. He described the process of oversight where there would be an overall project manager, daily videos, and quality review. Well, that did not happen. We did get one video, but it was upon request. Because of the lack of oversight, whole sections were missed And the two doors we needed painted were badly done. Before you think this is a bad review let me tell you how it was solved. When we got returned, I contacted Mark and he came right over. He was totally accountable and took the errors very seriously. He made sure to go over the project several times to make sure we didn’t miss any thing that needed to be redone. He then picked out the perfect person to do the retouch. Julio came and was just amazing! He worked through every retouch with precision. By the time he was done, it was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. I will insist on working with him for any future projects. Mark and Julio were both professional and had great customer service. Any company can make the mistakes, but the way they handled the retouch impressed me so much. I won’t hesitate to use them again. I think once they get their oversight system tightened up, you won’t be able to beat them. Shout out to the great Emily in the front office.Posted on Google

Adam met me at the project and not only talked with me about what I wanted done, but also gave helpful suggestions and noticed some things that I had not. Adam pointed out that the garage door was starting to separate and also provided a repair solution. We changed design ideas halfway through the project which they took in stride and worked through seamlessly. They stripped, sanded, and refinished our natural hardwood door (a project no other painter had the stones to even take on), repainted exterior doors and casings, and also refinished the garage doors, a project I have had two other companies do and neither one satisfactory. Our job turned into a nightmare because after they painted the walls for the day and left and the furnace went out and all the fresh paint froze during the night creating big lines in the paint that they ended up having to sand down and repaint everything the next day. I am only giving four stars because within a week after the job was done the paint started chipping on my island and bathroom cabinets. As well the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were put back on really weird that I had to go back and fix all of them.Posted on Google

carolyn durga31 October 2019Not only did Brush Brothers show up when they said they would, they did the paint job when they said they would even though we reconsidered colors within an hour before paint was purchased. When we met our estimator we immediately felt we found the right contractor at the right price. Other bidders just did not compare to the professional and well thought out estimate. We love the paint job and how it transformed and updated our exterior. The crew went above and beyond our expectations and were so considerate.
